ErasmoPower2X is developing an integrated gigawatt-scale solar power and green hydrogen project located in Ciudad Real (Spain) to produce 55,000 tonnes of green hydrogen per year by 2029.
ErasmoPower2X is to be developed in the municipality of Saceruela (Ciudad Real). The project is located close to the important industrial area of Puertollano and next to the future Spanish Hydrogen Backbone Network which is being developed by Enagás Infraestructuras.
The project is currently in its feasibility phase, showing maturity in all key areas including land, water, permitting and infrastructure, and on track to commence commercial operations in 2029.
